Mexico - Lomotil Med?

I have some lomotil for a upcoming trip to mexico (tablets). How do you take this med-It's written in spanish?

If you go to Mexico and have intestinal problems so that you need to take the lomotil, you should really go to any local farmacia and ask for a med called OXAL.  There are 2 tabs in the package.  Take one right away and the other 24 hrs later.  Your intestinal problem is probably caused by a parasite, and this med cures that.  If the cause of your problem is something different, this med will cause no harm.  Also use the lomotil.  This med is very effective, but takes  about 48 hrs to work.
