  1. Central America or part of the Caribbean.

  2. North and South America are just names on a map... Who you ask dictates the answer.

For most people in the US, Mexico is part of Central America... which then is part of the Continent of North America.

In Mexico, you get different answers.  Many consider it part of Latin America or even just Mexico.  To them, Central America is south of Mexico.  North America is the US and Canada.

Officially, North America...  but it is interesting about how location influences orientation isn't it...

I was in a Uruguay restaurant the other day in Mexico City and there was a big map on the wall of South America, except Antarctica was on top... Why not?

  3. North America

  4. North America, of course...........north america is only Mexico, US and Canada....

then Central america, and then South America.......

  5. Geography 101. Mexico is clearly a part of North America along with the United States and Canada. The Americas are divided into three subcontinents: North America, Central America, and South America. North America is everything from Canada down to Mexico inclusive, Central America consists of all countries lying between Mexico and Colombia, and South America consists of Colombia itself and all other countries located on the same southern land mass with it.

  6. mexico is in the contienent of North America

  7. America is divided into North and South America.  The division is basically marked by the Panama Canal.  Mexico is to the north of it, therefore it is in North America.
