No, there is no fast way through the line. If you are driving you will just have to wait, try to travel during off times, so as to limit the wait.

The only sort of "fast line" you can get for about a $130 dlls. is called SENTRI line permit.

Its a special line that goes faster than the other lines, even though, in this time of year you can still wait for a while, you still cross the border faster than the regular lines.
