how long would it take to get from durango to san luis potosi?

I presume you mean by driving.  See map and info below.  This site usually is too optomistic on the driving time , so I would add an hour or 2 to what it says.  As you probably know, driving in Mexico always takes longer than expected.

Well Durango is one of the biggest states on Mexico, you can find new freeways, but travel is hard (because most of that area is desert and weather is hottest), I think about a day of traveling aproximality.
