Mexico in June?

Has anyone been to Mexico in June? what is the weather like? if there a high risk of a hurricane? and did you have a hurricane when you were there? thanks in advance

I live in Playa del Carmen.  June is hot with not much rain, however, hurricanes require the ocean to be hotter than it usually is in June.  I've been through hurricanes.  Cleaning up afterward is a mess, but the actual hurricane, knowing you are in a safe place with the incredible natural energy whipping around you, can be a pretty exciting experience.

The hurricane season is from August to October. June is one of the best months to visit Cancun. The weather is hot and Cancun is an a safety city.

I went in June this year, the first two weeks.  We had some rain on the first couple of days and we arrived to torrential rain.  However the rest of the two weeks were glorious and really really hot.  We had no major storms and I believe it is very early in the hurricane season, you would be incredibly unlucky if anything did happen.

It's a beautiful place so have lots of fun.
