  1. Assuming that your "citizenship certificate" is for US citizenship and you are traveling overland (only) and will also have a driver's license or state-issued photo ID, then yes.  You're all set.

    If you fly at any point, you'll have to have an actual passport.  Also, the rule allowing passport-free overland travel is due to change in June of 2009.


  2. If you have a citizenship certificate....yes...and a photo I.D.  You really should go ahead and get a U.S. passport now that you are a citizen...it will be required after June 2009.
