Who has a higher percentage of light skinned beautiful women, Mexico or Puerto Rico?

  2. The mexican women are more beautiful / exotic  (browner skins /but can be fair complexion).  The PR  women are attractive too ( but blacker / but can be fair complexion).    Keep in mind, that beauty is not just skin deep.

  5. Both places have a gamut of beautiful women, of varying complexions and body styles, thanks to the multinational/ethnic origins of the people there.   Beauty is all in the eyes of the beholder.  

    BTW, Mexico has some European influence just as much as Puerto Rico - remember, Napoleon III invaded Mexico in the 19th century, and Cinco de Mayo celebrates a Mexican victory over the French.  Some of the (Norteno?) music with the fast accordion instrumentals may have been derived from the European polka styles.

  9. You can find lighter skin Puerto Rican woman than Mexicans. It is due to the influence that the Spaniards have in the Puerto Rican  race.
