Miami Dolphins???

We all know the story. The Celtics coming back the next year after ebing horrible and winning the title. Then the Tampa Bay Rays came from the worst to now topple the AL East with a Franchise high 71 wins. Will the Dolphins deliver with new additions and everything or will they end up being a 5-11 disappoinmet?

everyone is so excited about Favre   Favre this Favre that he is on the jets  Jets gonna win the SB thats what people are saying but some people probably forgot aobut Pennington and Chad must be really really pissed I say Chad will work his a$$ off and go to the dolphins and over there he makes his team worker harder n then they become good         same thing i think Favre will do but the thing with Favre is people except that and like Favre because of it so Chad has to be pissed so i can Chad will take the dolpins to the SB he wants revenge

Yeah I'd go with a 5-11 record for the Dolphins. If they grab a hold of Chad Pennington that'll help them a little. Being in a re-building phase like they are anything is possible in football. And with Bill Parcels as the Manager they might even get more then 5 wins but highly doubtful

For those Dolphin fans who are comparing last year's team to the Celtics.......WAKE UP......the Phins will MAYBE win 3 games this year.  The Tuna can work miracles, but short of a rapture, this team will finish 3-13 at best.

The Dolphins didn't get that much better in the off-season.  It's not like they got a "KG" and "Ray Allen" in the off-season.  I don't really think 5-11 would be that "disappointing" considering they only won 1 game in '07.

They'll be better than 1-15 next year but with Favre in NY and New England also in their division,  I don't see a whole lot of division wins for the Dolphins this year.

Im not a Dolphins fan but if i was i would be happy with an 8-8 record it is realistic

I think 5-11 is way to high. They aren't that good yet. In fact this is there first stage in rebuilding. Remember they have to play the Patriots, Jets and Bills twice each. Thats 6 losses right away since all 3 of those teams are at least twice as good as the dolphins. Depending on how Ricky Williams plays determines whether they will get any wins at all.

5 - 11 sounds about right. 7 - 9 at the best this season.

I think most they can win is 7. 5-11 is more realistic though.

chad is a huge signing for them simply b/c they are terrible at the qb situation and very young and inexperienced.

Williams and Brown running the ball, theTE they brought over from dallas , chad and Ted Gin Jr getting them in good field position is key to them winning 7 games. they need to all come together.

I have been a dolphins fan ever since i was little. I would say the dolphins can beat the jets and the bills. I reaally think they can beat the jets because chad got kicked off cause of favre and is gonna have amazing games against them.The patriots will win the divison the dolphins wont get in the playoffs. But they will not be last in there division because they will get a better record hen the jets or the bills.

Dophin fans should be very excited about the upcomming season.  They are certain their team will improve on last years record.  I am sure they would be a little astonished to make the play-offs this season.  The future looks very bright for them to see the play-offs by the 2010 season.  :)
