  1. use your parents mail that they are getting rid of or printng paper and paper shred it.  Its the best.  snowcone

  2. that works, but use a cheap form of non-wood pellets works 2

  3. I use, I forget what it actually is called but the brand of bedding is total control and pine chips. I mix the two together and they don't stink at all. I can keep it without changing it for at least 2 weeks. And I have 3 mice.

  4. i would avoid newspaper because some use inks which are toxic for mice.

if you are looking for something similar, shredded paper would be a better option. you can even use paper towels or tissues.

if you really want to use newspaper, you can write to them and ask if the ink they use is nontoxic.

  5. You can use it, but the ink stains their feet. It's best to use something like shredded aspen. Avoid cedar chips.

  6. Newspaper can be harmful because of the ink. If they ingest it it can make them sick. You can use plain white shredded paper tho. Dont use anything glossy like a magazine or brochure.
