Michael Clarke, the Australian skipper, hopes that Cricket Australia (CA) will find a bowling coach for the national team before the next season, but is not too fazed by the injuries sustained by the young pacers.

proper guidance at the early stage of their careers, urging CA to choose an experienced mentor as soon as possible.
Before the start of the next home season, the Aussie captain hopes that the management will find the right candidate to help the youngsters.
“Hopefully by the Australian summer we’ll have a full-time bowling coach that can get on board and help the bowlers out. It’s an important role and Cricket Australia are doing all they can to make sure they get the right person,” said http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Clarke-c51120.

Clarke however, is not too worried and believes that injuries are a part and parcel of the modern-day sport, with extremely busy schedules.
“You’d love everybody to be fit all day every day but that’s the way the game goes,’’ the middle-order batsman expressed. ‘‘Guys are going to get injured, especially when you’re young and your body is not accustomed to the amount of bowling you’ve got to
do to play at the highest level.’’
