When we were watching that game with our Dad, he told us Jordan had a foul to give when he was bringing the ball up the court.  If you watch the play before the steal on Malone. Jordan got held by Russell (arm full of jersey and holding the off arm)  on the play before than hit by Carr after he blew by Russell and made a layup. That play should have been and-1 but they didn't call anything.

After the steal, there was no way they were going to call an anything.  Give him credit for recognizing the flow of the game and taking advantage of it.  G.O.A.T
