Michael Kelly Limited or Premium, which is a better guitar?

I noticed the Premium is mostly cosmetic upgrades, although it has EMG 81/85's instead of Rockfields SWC pickups. Is there any other reason to take the Premium over the Limited, and what kind of sound difference would the EMG's have?
