http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Denmark-c2884 winger, has revealed he would be willing to make a move to English Premier League side Swansea City.
Even though Krohn-Dehli is keen on a move to Swansea City, he may very well be heading to French side Evian in the summer transfer window. The winger currently has just one year remaining on his contract with Brondby and is expected to exit the club this
summer.
He has been linked with various clubs, with Swansea City and Evian also involved in the race to sign the 29-year-old. The player admitted he was aware of the interest expressed by various clubs, but did not mention where he was headed.
The Danish winger claimed he was highly likely to end up leaving Brondby in the near future, but promised to give his all while he was still at the club. The Danish outfit are reportedly willing to listen to offers for Krohn-Dehli, but there has not been
an official offer as yet.
Krohn-Dehli said in an interview:
“I'm aware of the interest from clubs here and there, but we are still at a very informal stage. I still have a year left on my contract with Brondby and will be giving my all to Brondby as long as I'm here.”
According to Krohn-Dehli he felt he would be suited under the Swansea City manager http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Michael-c25261 Laudrup, after observing his style of football. He hinted that a move to the English Premier League side could still be in the works with the transfer window open
until the end of August.
He said:
“Everyone knows how Laudrup wants to play his football and his style is something that would fit me well. But, it is hard for me to relate to the speculation of rumours. I'm not picky and the transfer window is open for a long time, so anything can happen.
I'm ambitious and want to succeed in playing abroad.”
Swansea City have a decent chance of signing Krohn-Dehli, especially since an offer by Evian was rejected by the Danish side. The sporting director for the French outfit confirmed the news:
“We've made an initial offer but Brondby refused to accept it.”
