i was reading this article - he consumes 12,000 calories a dayand i thought that this made sense because he was in peak condition for all his numerous raceshe worked out so much and balanced it with food for no energy depletionworking out that much would also strengthen your body to a whole other level tooso can that be applied to running? at least to some point?you would have to do multiple runs or other exercises during the day im guessingif you ease into something like this, would your body eventually be stronger and more fit in what you are doing?just curious on your thoughts
