  1. Aussies will be ready for him

  2. Irrespective of the excellent batting by Vaughan against New Zeland, I do not think that England will be able to win the next ashes series against Australia.

  3. Vaughan was superb today, okay so he wasnt at his fluent Ashes 2002/3 best but he was still so aesthetically pleasing!!. His stroke play in the 2nd part of his 100 was breathtaking!!. His agression against Vettori was also rewarding. Vaughan is one of the most naturally gifted batsmen that England have ever produced!! and if he and KP are firing next year than YES! i believe England can win the The Ashes

  4. I think England will get revenge on the Australians by winning the home series comfortably

  5. Michael Vaughan's knock of 106 was excellent. Ashes series too early to predict.

  6. it was superb innings

  7. Hats off to Vaughn - good to see him score 100+. Middle order

did not click and lost the momentum that was built by openers

and Vaughn. If this continues - they will have problems against

NZ - let alone in ashes. Against Aus in Ashes - England has to

be 100% and contribution from all and also bowl well. With the

current England I doubt it can happen - but bowling is better

    than their batting.

  8. As a certified "Pom Basher" this will sound a little strange, but i had been posting on here for a while when something was said of Vaughans form, each time i said basically the same thing

"form is temporary, class is permanent! and Vaughan is a pure class batsman! he'll back back in the runs soon!" does anyone else remember the 2002-03 ashes series? i do, i remember 633 runs (i bet Kook could probably tell you what runs were scored with which shot and off which bowler! LOL) and that i am thankful he received virtually no support from his teammates, cos otherwise it could have been a very different series!

basically all Vaughan did was prove what i had been saying to be 100% correct! he may be a Pom, but he is one of few i would gladly spend my time watching bat (i would say Pietersen too, but i still think of him as a south african, its easier for me to like a south african than a Pom, not by much tho! LOL)
