Reports in French and Italian media claim that Olympique Lyonnais star, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roma-c31603 who might make a bid for him this summer
Italian Serie A side, AS Roma, are keen on making reinforcements down the left side. The trend that has been in the two transfer windows has been of Serie A-based players moving to Ligue 1. The likes of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Javier-Pastore-c18082, Thierry
Dubai, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Momo-c26769 Sissoko all left Italian Serie A for Ligue 1 in the last two transfer windows.
However, it now appears that the summer transfer window could see a few Ligue 1-based players move to the Italian league.
AS Roma are keen on doing some business in the Ligue 1 this summer. Italian sports daily, La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Lupi are keen on two players from the Ligue 1 and could mount a bid for them when the transfer window opens.
Michel Bastos of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Toulouse-FC-c40751 are two players which Roma feel, could make a difference down the left flank next season. The duo’s future at their respective clubs is definitely uncertain. Bastos was on the verge of
leaving Lyon last summer but chose to extend his contract with the Rhone giants.
Though Bastos is in no hurry to leave Stade de Gerland, his future could be decided by Lyon’s final position in the league. As things stand, Les Gones are far away from a Champions League berth which could force Bastos to reconsider his future at the club.
Lyon on the other hand, could be tempted into selling their star man if Roma come up with a good offer.
Franck Tabanou on the other hand, has had a stellar season with Toulouse who are in line for playing in Europe next season. TFC chairman Olivier Sadran has proven to be a very tough businessman which means that Roma will have to come up with a really good
offer to get hold of Tabanou who certainly has a lot of talent that’s waiting to be seen.
