Michele ladies watch

hi my name is fay and i have had a michele gold plated watch for the past 15 years. I have never had a problem with it until lately it just stopped working. i took it to the watch repair store and they said they could not open it to see what's wrong, so i am askig for your help no. i will not part with this watch because it means a lot to me and also it fits my wrist perfectly. please help i love my michele. thank you and have a great day
