I have always wondered this...What is the Michelin man exactly? Is he some kind of tire cream or something?

  1. Just a marketting mans brainwave, used in ads, beloved by Lorry Drivers who tie them to their radiator grill.

    ps  the latest version has slimmed down considerably.

  3. He's tires stacked on each other, like a snowman.  Sort of a tire-man.  And tire-dog too, i guess.
