You will probably have to go to eBay.  I don't believe that it is available anymore (glad we have a copy).

I don't know, but I do know I skate at her rink, and have her autograph 3 times! I have played that game at my friends! She had trouble doing it too! Sorry I can't help you! I will ask her! Maybe I can tell you later! But I know its fun! Really sorry I couldnt help!
