Is this the class we want in the white house?

You know when the kids are at home it doesn't matter how they are dressed but my god the DNC? I bet the Queen was having convulsions. did you ever see Di or Wm. or Henry out in public like this?

It was an attempt to play down their wealth and make them look like "normal" kids.  Normal kids who's parents raise them and not nanny's, who's parents don't bring in 4 million dollars a year.  It was a very poor choice, because at the end of the day, the Obama's are still rich.

Why does it matter what's she's wearing. Stick to politics and not personal agendas. You seem to have the two confused. Thus I don't think you could afford anything they were wearing.

Sounds to me like you are just a HATER!  Michelle's dress is not something that I would wear but it was wholesome and classic fit.  I'm sure Jackie-O would have worn the same thing...just maybe in black. lol.  I do think that the older child should have had on sleeves I must say but otherwise than that I think you are way out of line saying that they are "classless."

Wives of presidential candidates are not members of the royal family.  I suspect Mrs. Obama dressed simply in order to mirror her husband's concern and support for America's working class families, which have suffered tremendously thanks to the Bush administration's policies.

That's because they  are normal American children. Who cares what Di or Wm. or Henry might wear at any occasion? They are not American-- they have to do what the the old biddy tells them too. Michele dresses her children just like all other American children.
