Michigan , new home school laws? ?

I am looking to pull my son out , he is going into 10th, but needs to make up many credits from 9th grade. I am looking to find some good programs ( whether it be online, dvd based,etc. ) accredited, and one that he will get a real high school diploma! What are some good / great programs? Thanks!

ABeka, has a dvd program and full coursework program for high schoolers.  

When they graduate, you get transcripts for college and a true diploma.  www.abeka.com  They can also help you answer your questions as to legally pull your son out and the laws in Michigan.
