I saw this coming, andhopefully Mick will get treated better there, yet doesn't it feel weird that Foley would leave just like that?Does this also mean that he won't be in Smackdown vs. Raw 2009?It's a real shame.

  1. & your source is?

Its been widely reported that this is the case, but until their is official confirmation I choose not to believe it.

Carlito was on the very verge of leaving last yr but Vince talked to him & he decided to stay, so hopefully this will be the case for Mick (or that it wouldn't be that low)

  2. Mick Foley has worked in just about every major wrestling promotion in the last 20 years, so nothing surprises me. TNA will give him more time off to spend with his family than the WWE did and he'll get to wrestle occasionally. Everything I've read has said that he is very happy to be pursuing this.

  3. Dude he didn't leave WWE he just got hurt so he hasn't shown up for a while. TNA also sucks badly. Also go on WWE.com click on smackdown superstars and he will still be on the roster.

  4. Sometimes answers on wiki isn't true but its a 97% chance he will go to TNA since his contract is ending at the end of this month. That's why he hasn't been on wwe he's just to mad at vince that's why he left early but can't make anything official till his contract ends. JR said this in a few interviews and if mick does go to TNA I will watch it then. I'm not into it right now but I do love mick :D

  5. Right now it's not confirmed that Mick is leaving FOR TNA, although an alleged close friend of Micks has reported this to the Sun, then again, The Sun hasn't been big on checking their sources on wrestling matters in the past.  It's true that Mick is leaving the WWE, though.  He wasn't happy with his job on commentary.  He didn't like having McMahon in his ear for 2 hours, and I honestly can't blame him.  He'll probably make the SD vs Raw game this year.  Cor Von did shortly after his departure, as did Christian long after he had signed with TNA.  My guess is he'll be an unlockable legend if he's already in the game, but I doubt we'll get any Foley commentary.  We might get a storyline though.

  6. Everyone knew that.

  7. It's been in the works. I think that the scheduling of the two forced him into taking TNA... if they will offer him a deal. I think they will... to have Mick Foley.... would put them out there... its like Hulk Hogan going to WCW.. but in a very little capacity.... Just watch out TNA... the next star to not renew will jump ship.

  8. I am pretty glad that he is moving. He is the kind of person that TNA needs to get even more publicity and to make the company better. Hopefully he will be a booker or something like that. I dont see him replacing either Tenay or West because both of them are too good and have been with TNA since day 1. If they added him as a third commentator, it would be interesting to see how things play out. But he would really know how to book some great matches.

  9. Well I have heard this and seen it posted on wrestling websites, however, I am not convienced that its 100% true. I do believe that Mick is unhappy with being made an announcer in the WWE. Yet, I don't think he would just up and voluntarily leave the WWE considering that the WWE owes him its life. (I mean if it were not for the antics of Mankind and Dude Love (and Cactus Jack) the WWE would literally have not been able to compete with the now defunct and WWE owned ECW brand.

I also believe that Vince McMahon disrespects him (prrof of that can be seen with what took place from Edge and on previous occassions where Mick would be spat on or simply used to push undeserving wrestlers "over")

  10. I Hope so How awsome would that be I'd Love to see Foley vs Sting! he is very crative and probly can get more talent for tna not thay they need it lol
