Mickey Arthur concerned over Cricket Australia’s contract policy – Cricket News Update
After excluding http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Australia-c746 (CA) has been continuously criticised within cricketing circles for its baffling criteria for awarding contracts to Aussie cricketers.
Along with neglecting senior players, the body made some other blunders as well. While CA reduced the contract money of the Sheffield Shield players from Australian $140,000 to $115,000, the minimum amount of state contract was cut down to $40,000 from $50,000.
Despite the difference of views, most of the cricket gurus are pointing fingers at CA’s contract policy.

Arthur, who is currently doing his job as the coach of http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Western-Australia-c865, banged the body for reducing the amount of money, a first-class player earns from the contract.
The South African described that it is pity to know that a Big Bash League player will be able to get more money than the one who represented his state.

The 43-year-old coach explained that the governing body should realize that the players are disappointed over their contract since they are not being paid well for serving the country.
"It's no secret that all of the players around all of the states have been very disappointed by their contracts, and that just reflects the salary cap we had to work with. It's been a really tough contracting process," added the former Proteas first-class
cricketer.
Meanwhile, Arthur hoped that CA will reconsider its priorities because the frustration among the players will keep on increasing with every passing moment.
