Now instigating a plan to bring glory to the Kangaroo cricket, Arthur feels that it difficult to grasp the irony of having to coach a team, against whom he plotted the most in his other coaching stints.
"It was kind of surreal presenting to guys that you've plotted against for so long," Arthur said. "I've spent a lot of time with Michael, we've discussed where we want to take the team and what we want to do with the team, so we're all on the same page.”

He however, will have to do it without a host of first team player where the likes of http://www.senore.com/Cricket/RJ-Harris-c2330 are all missing after suffering injuries in their recent tour.
Under their absence, he will have to pick from a relatively inexperienced bowling attack but playing at home will be at their advantage.
