Micro SD card package?

Question

i bought a duracell microSD card.

it came with a micro SD card, Micro SD card reader and a mini SD card reader.

but it also came with something else and i cant tell what it is!

what is the thing on the bottom right?

sorry i have no idea. i recently bought a microSD card and it came with the three things you mentioned but not that other thing so I doubt its very important.
