Microphone fuzzyness. I own a Dell vostro and up untill a couple weeks ago the built in mic worked

I own a Dell vostro and up untill a couple weeks ago the built in mic worked perfectly. Now there's a very loud fuzzyness that coveres up the voice. You can still hear the voice it's just quiet in comparison to the static. Thank you for your help!
