Which lens is likely to have the largest (longest) working distance?

A. The 10 X objective

B. The 100 X Objective

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

The 10X objective, because it has more depth of field than the 100X objective.  The higher the power of an objective, the less depth of field it has, and the shorter its working distance.
