I was given my Toshiba laptop for my birthday late May. A pop up comes up asking for my 25 digit keycode for microsoft. I have no idea where to find this as it was already installed on my computer. When I asked the Best Buy customer service here in Tulsa they informed me I would have to pay for help. PLEASE HELP
