Microsoft MCITP Exam 70-622 Self Paced Training Kit Book - is it any good?

I am getting ready to take the MCITP 70-621 Microsoft Exam. I am thinking of buying the Self Paced Training Kit book (Microsoft Press) 70-622 to aid my studying.

Is this book any good? I have read mixed reviews. Is it worth buying

I have used STP's and have found them to be very good.

The alternative is costly training i think you now have an answer.
