Microsoft Office Word 2003 on Vista problem?

I have Microsoft Office Word 2003 and it looks weird, it does not have the blue toolbar, or the blue theme at all. It just has the blue buttons but not the blue theme. I have Windows Vista Home Premium. My Word 2003 does not look like this http://www.wellesley.edu/Computing/Office03/Word03/Images/word.gif I want it to look like it does in that picture, how can I make it look like that?

Right click on the toolbar taht you have and select what toolsbar you want to show

if you jsut want to move them around just click and hold on the toolbar then you can drag them around
