I use Microsoft OutLook Email at work. I am wondering what are some cool features to use with it that make it easier. I know how to do rules and alerts and I like that. What else is there? Thanks!

  1. Read request

    appointment reminders

    double click on 'from" and it shows eevry message from that person.

    rules and alerts is awesome!
