Microsoft Work Word Processor won't insert pictures?

On my my computer i cant insert pictures. It wont copy and past and when i try to insert one it says something about the format of them and to save it some where else and try again. I don't know what to do can people please help? Thanks You

microsoft work word processor is just a simple software from microsoft for you to do your basic word processing stuff. maybe it doesn't have the functionality to paste picture in it. or maybe your picture is in an uncommon format. common format are such as jpeg and bmp. try using microsoft office word for more functionality. or if you prefer freeware comparable to microsoft office, then head over to 'www.openoffice.org'
