Microsoft certified ????????

am a sales and marketing person but I would like to kbnow which is the best Microsoft certification? And what kind of job can I get after i do a certification? I did one exam in 2000 and i am an MCP but havnt really practiced it now I would like to know which is the best and easy certification?

Well the next step in your microsoft would either be take another exam and get your MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) or work towards your MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator).

IT is a very very competitive field. You are going to have to study up on your MCP again and know how XP Pro works even though you already took the test and unless you have some experience with a company that could count as experience with you MCP you are going to have to start at the bottom of the company and work you way up most likely.

So Desktop Support / Help Desk would be where you'd start and work your way up.
