Microsoft office 2007 configures at every start up, is there a fix?

I have tried almost every remedy on the web and none have worked. I have looked at Microsoft's website and cannot seem to find any support for it. I just need a fix so I don' t have to wait for 5 minutes while the thing configures.

This is absurd.  What do you mean by "configures"?  The entire Office Suite tries to re-install???
