Microsoft office blackhole - HELP!!!!?

Question

I keep receiving a message "A required file is missing. Unable to find skin file. Please reinstall this application." when i try to open any microsoft office program. But after i reinstalled (and perhaps uninstalled them and installed them back), i still received the SAME message. The problem is, as i click "ok" or juz close the message bar, it will automatically close microsoft office. What can i do to solve this problem?? Any expert to help me in this problem??

just go for some registry cleaner..

there is some problem with some registry in windows..

clean it up with some cleaner like ..

CCleaner.exe..

and again reinstall the office..

it will work great..

always use Microsoft Updates..

it works great..

if again problem occurred tell me error number with whole error message or something...
