  1. Click on tools at the top of your start page, click internet options, then you will see the option for  looking at your cookie history.


  2. internet options > general tab > click settings under browsing history > view files

  3. Download the program CCleaner, well worth having and completely free

  4. In Vista you'll find them at these locations

    C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\

    Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\

    C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\

    Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\Low\

    In XP they are here

    C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Cookies\

    Just change <username> for your profiles name.
