Microsoft word windows installer?

My sister mistakenly deleted Microsoft word and this happens to of bring up something called Windows installer. And when she is playing games it comes up and annoys her. It says its downloading we wait for 4 hours doesnt go. Then we tryed to press cancel it doesnt go. So if you have a solution to this problem please answer

Try downloading Windows Installer directly from Microsoft and see if it helps. The link is below.

Prior to installing, you should completely scan your computer for any malware using both your antivirus and antispyware applications. If there is malware on your computer, it can interfere or corrupt the download process.

Afterwards, when it is installing, it is important that you leave the computer alone. Don't play games, use messenger, etc.

Once it is finished installing, reboot.

Regarding the Microsoft Word problem, chances are it will have to be completely reinstalled using the disk.
