Microsoft zune problems on computer

at my house we have three zunes but only one of them will load on the computer no others will show that update thing and i rally want to put songs on my zune

Glitch in the software.  I'm waiting until they fix your problem with a newer update.  Probably till next month.  The Zune service is terrible.  Try installng the cd on another pc and updating it and hopefully find a difference.  If you lost the installation cd, you can download and use this:
