Microtel?????????????????

Good Evening. :) Hope everyone is having a good week and if your not, no worries it's almost over.

Now to my question. I'm going on vacation tomorrow and I am staying at a Microtel.

It comes with free continental breakfast but is it a "real" breakfast?

I stayed at a hotel once and the continental breakfast was TERRIBLE! So I'm trying to figure out if I have to buy breakfast.

Has anyone ever stayed or does anyone work there and can vouch for the breakfast?

Thanks for any help.

  1. Continental breakfast means coffee, milk, juice, toast, fruit and yogurt. Most that I've been to in this country also have cereal, sometimes bagels or muffins, and they typically do a first come first serve deal, so if you want the best stuff and best selection, you have to go early.

If you're staying at the Microtel in Atlanta, it's probably not much more than toast, yogurt and cereal. There's a Waffle House nearby if you don't consider that a 'real breakfast' -- and bonus, it's also the Waffle House where Kid Rock was arrested.

  2. Next time chose the Hampton Inn!
