Matt thankyou for your quick reply.Kitchenaid Model YKCMS1555RSSOWhen i spoke with a tech on the phone today (at the store where i purchased it) he stated "well it doesn't sound like the Magnetron because it would be on the left hand side."Well what do you think?Would they have a part like that sitting right under a plastic cover?The cover that started to melt is on the right hand side. I have tried to go to differnt sites to see a schematic of the microwave but have not found anything. I hate taking something to a person and not know what they are talking about. :)This microwave cost me approx $550.00 Can before taxes.Anything you can help with is great. ??????Confused in Canada
