Microwave Not heating Foodas quick

HI,
I have a kenmore Microwave Model 72167600790, S/N 705KM03510 it still works, but it takes more time to heat the food. It also makes noise like when you crush a cardboard box when it is on. Also where can I get parts manual for this I can not find as of yet.
