Microwave cooking unhealthy?

How true is it that cooking with a micro wave oven is unhealthy compared to other cooking methods?

It's not like you're radiating the food or anything.  The microwave just makes the food molecules bounce around.  The friction makes it hot.  That's all.

The microwave changes the water molecules in the food which you body absorbs. I through my microwave out 6 years ago.

the microwave isnt unhealthy its usually the stuff you put in the oven like tv dinners.
