Microwave oven died.

Question

This is a four-year old GE microwave (hangs from a cabinet). Really dead. But power is coming to the outlet. I know there is no reset button, but is there a fuse that can be replaced or other part that I could do on my own? Or do I need a professional or even a new microwave?
