Microwave oven not working but light is on

Question

we turned our whirlpool m575 microwave off for 2 weeks because we were going away. It was working perfectly before we left. Turned it on and now it doesn't work at all. 2 lights are on where the time should be and if we press power A1 or A2 or A3 comes up as well as 1-2. We would like to know how to get it going again. we thought it safer to turn off in case of storms.
