Microwave stinks help..........?

well my problem is that i had soemthing in the microwave i left it to long in and the wrapper went on fire and well there was alot of smoke but yea i cleaned it wth just ur average washing liquid what can i do to get rid of the stains and smell

ammonia gets rid of odors. leave 1/4 cup in a glass bowl. close microwave and leave overnight. try this if the lemon water trick doesn't work

Put lemon juice and water in a bowl and heat it up.  That should get the smell out.  Leave the door open over night too.

Fill a bowl with a mixture of water , baking soda & lemon juice. Put it in the micro for 1 minute. It will produce a bit of steam that allows you to wipe down the microwave after & it will absorb the odors.
