Microwave turntable does not turn

Question

Hi I have a Sanyo above range microwave model EM-S8000W that has a turntable that does not turn. It makes a lot of noise like the gears are grinding. The turntable turns freely in both direction by had. I would suspect stripped gears.

Would you know if this can be repaired and where I could get parts for this.
