Microwave works with the door open

Question

It started in the last few weeks. We use our microwave and when we open the microwave starts to run (lights are one, turn table turns). Again, it appears to be running. I don't know what it is causing the problem. I tried to close the door harder and sometimes it stops doing this, but it comes back after a few tries. Do you have any suggestions?Thanks,Carlos
