Microwaves?????

Can standing in front or being around an operating microwave (for many years) destroy a womans eggs or can it damage the baby while pregnant?????

No. If microwaves were hitting your body, there would be more immediate effects like burning skin.

No.  Firstly, the door has a protective layer, so unless you're opening the microwave while it's still going, you won't get any radiation.  And even if you did, the radiation is so small nothing would happen - even if you did it over and over...  Don't worry about it.
