Micrsoft word isn't working,?

Question

my computer came with microsoft word.

but yet every time i get an email attachment, it pulls up he program but asks for the product key,which i don't have.

does anyone have a code i can use for it??

Ask the vendor for the installation disc, or ask for the product key.

Or maybe the application comes with the system, but usable for six months only, after which time you need to purchase the license.
