Micrsoft zune help!!!

Question

My zune will turn on but only when i plug it into my computer. i then will umplug it and it will be working fine i will turn it off and it just doesn't work can enyone help me???

I would go to zune.net and get Microsoft's zune support line... It may be a problem with the software or something broke in the hardware... Microsoft can most likely fix the problem...
